This recent funding is a prime example of the types of financing we can arrange. The Borrower required $150,000 for an immediate business investment. Lender was able to fund just 4 days after receiving the application. This new loan was registered behind a 1st Mortgage of $235,000, bringing the combined loan to value to 61%.

We have recently funded a $5.5 million mortgage in the Sunshine Valley (15 minutes south east of Hope on Hwy 3).
